Paul King PE, LEED AP
Paul grew up in Ireland and possesses a unique international perspective, having worked as a structural engineer in Ireland, England and Thailand before joining GACE in 2002. During his time at GACE, he has managed a number of high-profile projects, including the Elizabeth Seton Pediatric Center in NYC, The Chelsea Arts Tower – Manhattan’s first art gallery condominium, and One Brooklyn Bridge Park – the largest condominium conversion in Brooklyn’s history.
Aside from project management, Paul is heavily involved in the firm's quality control and staff development programs. Paul championed the firm's participation in the ACE Mentoring Program, an organization which works to educate and encourage high school students to pursue careers in the AEC industry.
Paul is a licensed P.E. in New York and a LEED-accredited professional. He is a Chartered Member of the IEI, and a member of the ASCE, PMI, AISC, and ACI.
