One Hanson Place

Brooklyn, NY

The Williamsburgh Savings Bank Tower has long been the tallest building in Brooklyn. When this 34-floor building went through its first complete renovation since the building was erected in 1929, the building was converted from commercial use only to mixed use, with residential condominiums on the upper floors and commercial space on the lower floors. In addition, GACE designed repairs for the building's steel framed dome and mechanical areas immediately below the dome.
