Queens Theatre in the Park

Queens, NY

This expansion project consists of two cylindrical buildings which house both a 75-seat theater for cabaret performances and a 540-person space for a reception area and events venue. Joining the original Theaterama, designed by Philip Johnson for the 1964 World's Fair, the new entry hall features an inverted dome ceiling.
