1415 Park Avenue

This is a new, 12-story, mixed-use development in Hoboken. The structure consists of cast in place concrete flat plate slabs, supported on columns and pile caps. The building's lateral system is provided by cast in place concrete shear walls. The rental building features retail, an automated parking garage, and public terrace at the fourth floor which includes a swimming pool. The building is LEED certified.
