17 Battery Place

The conversion of this office building, located on the southern tip of Manhattan, included the renovation of the 14th through 32nd floors into luxury apartments, with offices on floors 2 through 13. The project also entailed the addition of penthouse apartments, a new lobby and residential entrance, total upgrade of existing elevators, and the addition of a new stairwell. Indoor parking areas were created in the cellar and sub-cellar by the addition of a new mezzanine with a ramp from street level.
