200 Eleventh Avenue

This 19-story residential tower has 16 private residences ranging in area from 1,300 to 3,500 SF. Concrete flat plate construction accommodates extra high ceilings in each apartment with minimal columns. This building features the first "en-suite Sky Garage" in New York City, allowing owns to park their cars within their apartments. The façade is comprised of cast gunmetal glazed terra-cotta at the base of the building and sculptural stainless steel on the tower.
