This building is a 5-story steel-framed office building with a rooftop penthouse. The foundations are constructed of concrete with spread footings and piers. The building columns along Canal Street are support by the MTA structure. The initial ground floor occupant is HSBC bank; we also provided structural engineering design for the interior fit-out of their space.
