250 West Street

250 West Street is a landmark building located in the TriBeCa North Historic District. Originally built as a warehouse in 1906, this 11-story building underwent an extensive conversion from a commercial property to high end residential apartments. While working closely with Higgins, Quasebarth & Partners, Inc., the façade was able to be restored while maintaining the buildings historic pre-war architecture.
