This new academic building includes research facilities, laboratories, and classrooms for the Albert Nerken School of Engineering as well as offices for the faculty. The building, primarily constructed of cast-in-place concrete, has designated spaces for instructional observation of exposed MEP and structural systems. Its façade is an undulating steel and glass screen.
