This is an 18-story steel-framed retail and office building located in the heart of the Meat Packing District. The first 3 stories of the building will contain retail spaces which connect to the 85,000 sq. ft. of retail space being developed on West 14th Street. The 4th floor and above is intended to be used as high-end boutique office space. The lateral system of the upper floors is exposed rod cross bracing at the façade. The exposed rod cross-bracing will allow for nearly unobstructed views.
