This is an 11-story residential building featuring nine units, six of which are full-floor residences. The structure is concrete flat slab on a spread- and mat-footing foundation. The roof-top pool and spa structure required careful attention due to thermal stresses caused by the adjacency of hot and cold water temperatures.
