Asbury Ocean Club

This mixed-use development on the Jersey Shore waterfront in Asbury Park includes residential condominiums, a boutique hotel, retail, and parking garage. The nearly two-acre site includes a 17-story tower rising above a 4-story podium that covers the site. The new construction incorporates remaining elements of the existing concrete structure and foundation of a partially built development that previously occupied the site. The building structure is comprised of concrete flat plate slabs with a linked shear wall lateral system on a pile-supported foundation.
