100 Barrow Street

100 Barrow Street is a new 12-story residential development located in Manhattan’s West Village. Next door to the historic St. Luke in the Fields church, 100 Barrow brings a mix of affordable apartments and market-rate condominiums to the neighborhood, along with an array of luxury amenities including a wine cellar with its own tasting room, fitness center and pet spa. There are two private terraces in the building; one located on the 7th floor shared between two apartments and one on the 12th floor for the penthouse. The structure of the building is composed of concrete flat plate supported on a combination of a mat foundation and a pile-supported foundation.
