Hotel 50 Bowery

The Hotel 50 Bowery is the largest development in New York’s Chinatown neighborhood. This 22-story boutique hotel has three restaurants located on the cellar level, ground floor and rooftop. The 2nd floor includes 5,000 SF terrace while the 21st floor rooftop terrace and lounge, offers both indoor and outdoor seating and a view of the Manhattan skyline. The building has a 1,500 SF cultural gallery, curated by the Museum of Chinese in America. The structure of the building is concrete flat-plate on a deep foundation.
