Chelsea Arts Tower

This project is a 20-story glass and concrete tower which houses art galleries on the first eight floors and office spaces on the upper floors, with floor sizes ranging from 3,100 to 4,700 SF. This is the most high-profile building to implement the rare "commercial condo" concept. The building structure is comprised of cast-in-place concrete flat plate slabs and a shear wall lateral system and is founded on caissons.
