Columbia Hicks and Columbia Commons

Columbia Hicks is a development consisting of three residential six story buildings located in the Columbia Street District in Brooklyn - just south of Atlantic Avenue on the Brooklyn Waterfront. The project consists of 136 residential units with basement level parking, landscaped courtyard areas and a gymnasium. The structure is made of precast concrete plank supported on masonry bearing walls for the residential floors.
