133 Greenwich Street is a new 30-story hotel project located just one block from the 9/11 memorial. The building includes retail space and a hotel lobby at the ground floor, and features a 6th floor breakfast lounge and terrace, as well as a roof-top bar and terrace at the 28th floor. A metal mesh screen wall supported by steel framing runs along the south and west facades on the lower levels of the building. The structure is reinforced concrete and cantilevers over the adjacent building to the north, and is supported on caissons to rock.
