This is a new, 35-story, mixed-use hotel and residential condominium tower. Spread across the first 27 floors are 230 hotel units, and the condominiums are on the upper 8 levels. The 3rd floor features a large transfer that has created open space for the double height hotel lobby and restaurant at the ground floor. The structure of the building is concrete flat plate and the building is founded on bedrock.
