El Jardin de Selene

This project is a 12-story affordable housing development. Situated in the Melrose Commons area of the Bronx, it is one of the tallest buildings in the area. It houses 84 studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments as well as a community space, laundry room, and courtyard. This facility also includes 6,000 SF of commercial space and 12,000 SF of parking. Its structure consists of reinforced masonry and precast concrete plank.
