Farleigh Dickinson University Dormitory
Teaneck- NJ
This state-of-the-art housing facility for students was constructed on a land-filled lake bed. Difficult subsurface conditions required a complex foundation system supporting the superstructure. The 4-story structure consists of reinforced masonry walls and precast plank floors and roof. The central portion of the building was constructed of structural steel because of its complex shape and large open spaces.
