810 Fulton Street

This is a new, 12-story, residential building in Fort Greene, Brooklyn. 810 Fulton Street consists of 363 rental units, 33,000 SF of ground floor retail space, and underground parking. Setbacks at several floors accommodate private and shared terraces for the residents. The structure consists of concrete flat plate slabs with a lateral system of shear walls. Extensive MTA coordination was required as the Fulton Street subway station passes under the building site.
