This new, 16-story, mixed-use building, located just half a mile west of the Hudson River, includes residential condominiums, parking, and retail spaces along with a host of resident amenities like a landscaped roof and putting green. The concrete flat slab structural framing system is supported on a series of transfer levels to accommodate the various occupancies throughout the building.
