Harlem RBI’s DREAM Charter School

Harlem RBI's new DREAM Charter School is a 4-story, 63,000+ SF building, composed of a steel frame supporting concrete on metal deck slabs. The 450-student, K-8 school includes new office space for Harlem RBI, a well-established community organization in East Harlem. The residential portion of the development is a new 11-story, 82,000+ SF affordable housing tower. The structure is reinforced masonry walls and precast concrete plank.
