99 Washington Street
Located in Manhattan's Financial District, 99 Washington is the world's tallest Holiday Inn at 50 stories, with ground floor retail. The slender tower’s structure is composed of reinforced concrete flat plate. The foundation system for the tower is comprised of a concrete mat slab supported on large-diameter caissons. The façade consists of a metal panel and window wall system.
