Hudson Tea Development

The Hudson Tea Development is a distinctive collection of luxury condominium buildings on the historic site of the former Lipton Tea Factory in Hoboken, New Jersey. Hudson Tea blocks A, B, and C are residential conversions of pre-existing industrial buildings while blocks E and F are new concrete residential structures. Situated close to the waterfront with views of Manhattan, all 6 buildings in this approximately 1.8 million square foot development range in height from 11 to 13 stories and were completed over the course of 6 phases.
