Jewish Home Lifecare
New York, NY
This 20-story assisted living facility is cast-in-place concrete flat slab construction founded on bedrock. An extensive transfer structure at the 2nd floor provides a nearly column free outdoor space at the ground floor. The building houses 264 long-term care and 150 short-term rehab residents, and adapts the Green House model for the urban environment.
