This is a LEED Certified residential building in Harlem. The design included an underground parking facility to meet the LEED standard of reducing heat island on site, and specifying the use of recycled content in steel and CMU to meet the recycled content requirements. The building structure consists of CMU walls and precast concrete plank on the 2nd floor concrete transfer framing. The building is supported on a pile foundation.
