This is a 12-story, 123 unit middle income multi-family co-op in east Harlem. With a focus on energy efficiency, La Celia offers its residents amenities including a landscape terrace, underground parking, and a fitness room. The building structure consist of precast concrete plank supported on CMU bearing walls and is founded on spread footings.
