Liberty Harbor North, Block 7

This is a new 15-story residential tower built around a 4-story parking garage. The garage itself accommodates approximately 350 parking spots and features a landscaped garden and swimming pool on its roof. The building also includes 1,500 SF of retail space on the ground floor. Concrete transfer girders were used to accommodate a substantial ten floor transfer load at the 5th floor where the tower and garage sections interface. The structure of the tower is concrete flat plate supported on pile foundations.
