Myrtle Avenue Development

GACE has designed three of the mixed-use residential buildings in this 4-building development. 86 Fleet Place is a 38-story tower with two cellar levels for parking and tenant amenities. 180 and 218 Myrtle Avenue are 15 and 12 stories, respectively. All buildings are cast-in-place concrete with varying foundation systems.
