Provost Square

Provost Square is a mixed-use phased development located in Jersey City. The first phase includes a 38-story residential tower over a 7-story parking and retail podium, with approximately 650,000 SF. Phase 2 is a 28-story, 430,000 SF tower over retail and parking podium. Phase 3 adds one additional 33-story residential tower to the development, and shares a retail podium with Phase 1. This phase also features an arts space with a 500 seat theater and preserves and incorporates the historic façade into the new podium structure. The entire development is cast-in-place concrete founded on piles.
