SoHo Mews

The project consists of 8-story and 9-story residential towers on either side of a new landscaped courtyard. Constructing a parking garage below this courtyard and towers required a structural slab that could transfer the loads using the least number of columns for ease of parking. Another transfer slab occurs at the penthouse level where exterior walls are set back to provide space for outdoor terraces.
