South Orange- New Jersey

The Performing Arts Center serving South Orange has five movie theaters, a live performance theater, and a community room. The building was designed using a structural steel and concrete frame with a light gauge framed exterior skin. Two of the four exterior elevations are constructed of load-bearing precast concrete panels.
