St. Augustine Apartments

Saint Augustine Apartments is a 12-story residential building in the heart of The Bronx currently under construction. It will provide low- to mid-income housing for local residents. St. Augustine will have photovoltaic solar panels on the roof of the building accompanied by green roofs on the setbacks making it compliant with the Enterprise Green Communities certification program. The structure of the building consists of masonry load bearing walls and precast concrete plank.
