Jersey City Medical Center Conversion

Jersey City- NJ

This project involved the conversion of 11-story hospital buildings for residential use. The development includes a new 7-story 1,200 car garage and an at grade swimming pool design/installation. Extensive repair and renovation of the existing brick façade, design and construction of open-air parking lots, and landscaping retaining walls and sidewalks were also included in the scope of work.
