The Highline Development

This is a new 1-story retail and commercial building under the existing highline. To provide an efficient lateral load path, steel moment frames are incorporated throughout the entire building and strategically placed to avoid existing highline structure and accommodate the architectural layout. At the ground floor, most of the columns are transferred to existing highline columns to maximize space at the cellar level.
