The Palisades

This 41-story structure overlooks the Hudson River at the edge of the Palisades. The entire building is founded on rock. Originally, the site contained a partially completed parking structure which was abandoned in 1974. After partial demolition and modification, this older building was incorporated into the design of the new residential building. This was designed in an L-shape in order to maximize river views from all apartments. On the 12th floor podium, there is a landscaped park, a 25' x 50' concrete framed swimming pool, and 2-story duplex townhouses with river views.
