502 Park Avenue

This project involved the conversion of the renowned 35-story landmark hotel, Delmonico’s, into luxury condominiums. In order to provide more valuable apartment space, parts of the third and fourth floors were removed and the square footage rebuilt on top of the two 27th floor setbacks. In all, six stories were added on each of these setbacks. A complete inspection and restoration design was also performed for the landmark façade.
