The building is a state of the art rehabilitation and nursing facility which offers the latest in post-hospital care for those who are recovering from a disabling injury, condition, or illness and prepares them to return home. The 6-story structure is a combination of load bearing masonry and steel framing that supports precast planks. The total area of the building is around 75,000 SF which includes a green roof and landscaped courtyard area.
