W Hoboken Hotel and Residences

The first luxury hotel in Hoboken, the W Hoboken, is located on the west bank of the Hudson River. The 26-story building features hotel function and banquet spaces, retail, parking, and restaurants within the podium, 14 stories of hotel rooms at the mid-section of the tower, and 9 stories of residential condominiums at the top. This is a reinforced concrete flat slab structure supported on concrete-filled steel pipe piles.
