3100 Webster Avenue located in the South Bronx will be a mixed-use affordable and supportive housing development. The building will contain a total of 82 units consisting of studio, one, and two bedroom-apartments. Administrative and management offices will be located on the ground floor accompanied by a laundry room and community space. Webster Green will feature many green initiatives including a photovoltaic panel system and a rain water harvesting system among many others. The building will comply with Energy Star guidelines and will apply for LEED certification.
