500 West 25th Street

This project is a new 10-story concrete mixed-use building in Chelsea, Manhattan. The building will have ground floor retail and nine full floor condominiums on the upper levels. Every unit will have an outdoor terrace that overlooks the nearby Highline Park. The top three floors and the roof terrace feature balconies cantilevered more than twelve feet out toward the park.
