I joined GACE right out of school and was immediately impressed by the friendly environment that encourages young engineers to ask questions. Working on interesting projects and learning from experienced engineers has been very rewarding. It feels great to be a part of a dynamic team that values its employees. GACE puts in a lot of effort to maintain a fun and connected workplace by hosting company parties, breakfasts, and other events. These events ensure that there is always something to look forward to outside of work. Because of the great projects, people, and overall environment, I am proud to say that I’m a structural engineer at GACE.
