Christopher Behan PE
Principal
Chris joined GACE in 1999 and feels strongly that the creative renewal of older buildings can be an efficient and environmentally friendly alternative to building new. Although Chris works on many new buildings, he appreciates the ecological value of adaptive reuse, restoration, and historic preservation projects. Some of his prestigious projects include 326-344 West 40th Street, a three-building/four hotel development in New York City, Chelsea Market, a conversion also located in New York City, and Myrtle Avenue Development, mixed-use residential buildings in Brooklyn, NY.
He is a licensed P.E. in New York and is a member of ACI.
